Application Process for Admission to BE/BS/B.Arch Programs

Please read carefully and follow:

  1. Register/Login at admission.duet.edu.pk/login
  2. Register your account using correct name and father’s name spellings as per SSC/Matric certificate/marksheet.
  3. Provide a valid, active email address to receive your password.
  4. Submit the undergraduate admission form. Select category as Local candidates, please ensure correct category selection, as other admission campaigns are also active.
  5. Upload a recent (not older than 6 months) passport-size photograph with a blue background.Click to see the acceptable images Only check marked images are acceptable.
    Note: Testing agency reserves the right to disallow test entry if the photo doesn't match the candidate.
  6. Print the fee challan and pay Rs. 3500/- at any branch of selected bank across Pakistan. For Allied bank Challan, Allied bank account holders can pay online via ABL App, Open the Allied Bank App, Go to Educational Payments, Select Dawood University of Engineering & Technology, Enter your Transaction ID to complete the payment
  7. After payment, ensure your payment status is updated online. If not, upload the paid challan.

    8. Important: After fee payment, log in within 3 days to confirm photo verification. If unverified, re-upload a compliant photo. Admit cards will be online after the deadline—print and bring on test day. Test schedule & venue details will be on admit card.

Instructions for Academic Info & Merit Policy

  • Students waiting for results can apply.
  • HSC: Enter 1st Year (Part-I) marks if 2nd Year exams were recently given.
  • A-Level: Enter O-Level equivalence marks.
  • DAE: Enter combined 1st + 2nd Year marks if 3rd Year result is pending.

Merit Calculation

  • Awaiting results: merit based on available marks.
  • Completed results: merit based on full marks.
  • Eligibility checks on result announcement.
  • Merit Formula: (10% of Matric percentage) + (30% of Intermediate percentage) + (60% of Admission Test percentage)
  • Marks deduction policy only for merit calculation:
    • 10% deduction if HSC passed 1 year earlier.
    • 20% deduction if passed more than 1 year earlier.

Application Process for MS/ME/Ph.D Programs

  1. Register/Login at admission.duet.edu.pk/login
  2. Submit the Postgraduate admission form.
  3. Provide active mobile numbers for voice call/SMS communication.
  4. Upload a recent (under 6 months) passport-size photograph with a blue background.
  5. Print the fee challan and pay Rs. 3000/- at any selected bank.
  6. Print and courier the completed Admission Form + required documents + fee receipt to Directorate of Admissions, DUET Karachi before due date.
