Application Process for Admission Application for BE/BS/B.Arch Programs
Please read carefully and follow
- Register / login at admission.duet.edu.pk/login
- Please register your account with correct spellings of your name and father name from your SSC/Matric Certificate or marksheet.
- Please note give your active email which can receive which can recieve password, the password will be sent on email.
- Submit the undergraduate admission form.
- Please upload recent not more than six month old passport size photograph having blue background, click Photoguide to view accepted image samples. Please note the testing agency have the right to not allow the test if they find any ambiguity to match the candidate and the picture.
- Print the Fee challan and pay the required fee at any branch of Sindh Bank Ltd, all over Pakistan. The test / Admission Processing fee is Rs.3500/-, after payment, please confirm that your payment status is updated in your account, if not, plesae upload your paid challan in account.
- Keep visiting your portal for image and challan verification
- Waiting for results can apply, candidates appearing on waiting for results, please enter 1st-year intermediate marks in the form. Candidates having A Level exam may enter O-level equivalence marks. Candidates with DAE should enter combined marks of 1st and 2nd-year results, if the 3rd-year result is not available.
- Candidates having HSC/DAE/A-Level combined resuls shall enter combined marks in HSC/Intermediate marks section. Please note as per new policy, If the HSC passing year is 1 year before the current year 10% shall be deducted from the HSC obtained marks, If the HSC passing year is more than 1 year before the current year 20% shall be deducted from the HSC obtained marks.
- After payment of the application fee, please open your account within 3 days and confirm your picture is verified, if the picture is unverified an alert message shall appear asking you to re-upload a formal passport-size picture with a blue background as described on the student dashboard.
- Admit cards shall be available online after the last date in the account of the candidate, candidates are required to print the admit card and bring it at the time of the test. Read the instructions on the admit cards carefully and follow.
- The venue, test date, and time shall be communicated via ADMIT CARDS only

Application Process for Admission Application for MS/ME/Ph.D Programs
- Register / login at admission.duet.edu.pk/login
- Login account and submit Post Graduate admission form.
- Please note give your active mobile numbers, which can receive voice calls as all communication in case of query shall be done by voice call/sms.
- Please upload recent not more than six month old passport size photograph having blue background, click Photoguide to view accepted image samples.
- Print the Fee challan and pay the required fee at any branch of the selected bank, all over Pakistan. The Admission Processing fee is Rs.3000/-
- Print the Admission Application form and send documents and form to the Directorate of Admissions, Dawood University of Engineering & Technology Karachi via courier before due date. Please Attach the Fee Payment receipt.
