Important Instructions for 4th List and class updates

1. The fourth merit list will be issued in the coming week. Please note that if anyone has not submitted a retention request for their current choice, they may be moved to the next choice based on merit. If your current placement from the third list is not your first choice and you wish to retain it in the fourth list, please submit a request with the subject “Retention of Current Awarded Technology” to admissions@duet.edu.pk. Include your current choice, application number, and an image of the paid challan by Monday, 30th September 2024. If no request is received and your program changes in the fourth list, the decision will be final. Those who have already submitted retention requests can verify through their portal notification logs.
2. Please note that there will be no department change without merit list updates, so no need to email such requests. Candidates awaiting their preferred choice may add additional options via email at admissions@duet.edu.pk by Monday 30th Sept 2024, but new choices will be added below the current preferences, without altering the order.
3. Classes will commence on 30th September 2024 at the Main Campus for all programs, except B.Arch, which will be at Iqbal Campus.
   Students must report to their allotted department with copies of all educational documents, a filled PIP form (available below), an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper, and a medical certificate, along with a parent/guardian, on or after 30th September 2024.
4. Section Wise lists are updated below this post for BSCS/BSAI/BSCY/BSDS programs for information of students and reporting time. Candidates please check the reporting time above the files and report accordingly to concerned department with documents mentioned above, All other departments including BE/B.Arch/BS can report during office hours on Monday to Friday on or after 30th Sept 2024.
5. Points shall be as per route in the morning time and students can use points to visit University.
