Provisional Merit / Data Correction List                                                           Date:28-07-2025

Candidates having minimum 50 merit score(Compsite Percentage Number-CPN) is considered as passed.

For interview schedule, check below table, candidates coming for interview are required to bring the following:

1. Print of online admission form submitted in your account while applying for entry test, For any kind of corrections message on helpdesk in your account till working hours of 29-Jul-2025. After closing of working hours, final updated list shall be issued on 30-July-2025.

2. Original matric marksheet or certificate

3. Original intermediate marksheet (if available)

4. Original intermediate 1st year marksheet

5. Undertaking on Rs.100 Judicial Stamp Paper (specimen attached)

6. Original admit card of intermediate 2nd Year, in case of freshly appeared for exams

7. Original CNIC / B.Form 8. Original Domicile and PRC, incase of non availability bring original CNIC of father and mother

9. 1 set of copies of all above documents

10. 4 passport size photographs with blue background

2.  Sr. No. given in this merit list or any other meritlist shall be provisional and correctable if any corrections is reported or until the original documents of the candidates are verified at the time of interview and subsequently verified from the respective educational boards. The list is provisional, For any kind of corrections message on helpdesk in your account till working hours of 29-Jul-2025. After closing of working hours, final updated list shall be issued on 30-July-2025. For any scrutiny in result of IBA, the candidate have to pay Rs.1000 challan at DUET and then his application shall be forwarded to IBA, after scrutiny the result shall be communicated to candidate via email, last date to apply for scrutiny of result is 29/07/2025. for     application of scrutiy of result visit admission department.

3.  The names of those candidates who fail to present themselves before the admission committee on the scheduled date and time, without any intimation, shall be deleted from the merit list of the concerned category.  They shall not be considered for admission. Their absence shall amount to forfeit of their right of admission. Any claim in this regard shall not be entertained.

4. For the purpose of reference the printed documents related to admission (e.g. Prospectus, Meritlist and Admission schedule) shall be quoted in case of any objections / claims. No telephonic or personal statements shall be considered relevant in case of any such claim.

5. Candidate must bring filled Undertaking attached here with the merit list on 100/- RS. Stamp paper.

7. Candidates who have applied for scholarships, are required to bring following documents as well:

1. Student CNIC- copy

2. Father CNIC- copy

3. Orphan students are required to bring the death certificate.

4. Original salary slips of father/ guardian if employed in government/semi-government/private organization.

5. Guardian income certificate issued by EDO revenue of the concerned district in case, Father/Guardian is a non-salary person i.e., Businessman/ landlord (income certificate not older than 03 month).

6. Father/ Guardian Bank statement- recent.

7. Copies of utilities bills i.e., Electricity, Sui gas, Telephone and Water (Last 03 month).

8. Proof of sibling studying (Fees slip).

9. Proof of kitchen expenditures of the family.

10. Proof of medical expenditures.

11. House agreement if applicable.

12. Other sources of income proof if mentioned in online form.

Note:

• If the student submits incomplete documents, they will not be awarded the scholarship.

• If a student provides incorrect information, they will not be eligible for any scholarship.

6. For candidates applied on various categories (DUET Employees / Non Teaching Staff / Teaching Staff / Professional Engineers / Prof Architect, submit following documents via email or in Admission Office:

1. For DUET Employees (Non Teaching / Teaching Staff) submit employment certificates in Admission Office.

2. Prof. Engr. / Arch required to email Official PEC / Pcatp Card alongwith Detail of applicant at admissions@duet.edu.pk

3. Candidates from AJK send domicile along with applicant details at admissions@duet.edu.pk
