Data Correction List
Must Read Instructions
- It is a provisional CPN list, in-case of any correction in Total, obtained marks of matric and intermediate, Year of Intermediate and hsc major, it is required to send fresh email on admissions@duet.edu.pk having correction required and form number on or before 9-Sept-2023 until 6 PM.
- No Other corrections can be addressed at this stage e.g (CNIC, Change of Address, Domicile, category etc).
- Serial Number given in this list or any other list shall be provisional until the original documents of the candidates are verified and subsequently verified from the respective educational boards.
- The eligibility criteria shall be checked at the time of verification day and if the candidate does not fall in the eligibility criteria defined in the admission policy, his / her name shall not be considered in the technology wise merit lists issued later by DUET.
- If any candidate’s Father / Mother is professional engineer / Architect and holds PEC / PCATP card and he / she wish to apply on the category of Sons / Daughters of Professional Engineers / Architects must send their Image of Valid PEC / PCATP ID CARD of Father / Mother with mentioning form number in email at admissions@duet.edu.pk on or before 9-Sept-2023 until 6 PM.
- Candidates who are sons / daughters / brothers / sisters of DUET staff / Faculty are required to produce a certificate of employment and relation details with the candidate from Registrar DUET and submit the same on or before 9-Sept-2023 in office hours at Directorate of Admissions DUET.
- MeritList Criteria:-
Intermediate / A-level
- Merit of Candidates who have appeared intermediate/A-Level examination in 2023 shall be calculated on the basis of 1st year marks / O-Level only, regardless of any board have announced results.
- Merit of Candidates who have passed intermediate/A-level before 2023 shall be calculated on Intermediate combined marks.
- Candidates have to secure minimum 60% for B.E and 50% for BS/B.Arch programs in intermediate combined result, otherwise admission shall be liable to be cancelled.
- If the HSC passing year is 1 year before the current year 10% shall be deducted from the HSC obtained marks, If the HSC passing year is more than 1 year before the current year 20% shall be deducted from the HSC obtained marks.
DAE
- Merit of Candidates who have appeared DAE examination in 2023 shall be calculated on the basis of 1st and 2nd year combined marks.
- Merit of Candidates who have passed DAE before 2023 shall be calculated on DAE Combined marksheet only.
- Candidates have to secure minimum 60% of B.E and 60% for BS/B.Arch programs in DAE combined result, otherwise admission shall be liable to be cancelled.
- If the HSC passing year is 1 year before the current year 10% shall be deducted from the HSC obtained marks, If the HSC passing year is more than 1 year before the current year 20% shall be deducted from the HSC obtained marks.
List and schedule of interviews shall be announced on 11 Sept-2023.
Verification of documents for technology and scholarship is scheduled from 13-Sept-2023 onwards.
For verification kindly prepare the following documents:
- Original matric marksheet and certificate
- Original intermediate marksheet (if available)
- Original first year marksheet of intermediate
- Undertaking on Rs.100 Judicial Stamp Paper (specimen attached)
- Original admit card of intermediate 2nd Year, in case of freshly appeared for exams
- Original CNIC / B.Form
- Original Domicile and PRC, incase of non availability bring original CNIC of father and mother
- 1 set of copies of all above documents
- 4 passport size photographs with blue background
Scholarship interview required documents to be brought at the time of the interview:
DUET SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2023-24
For the DUET Scholarship Program 2023-24, all students are required to bring following documents at the time of admission interview for the scholarship purpose.
- Admission Letter
- Student CNIC- copy
- Father CNIC- copy
- Orphan students are required to bring the death certificate.
- Original salary slips of father/ guardian if employed in government/semi-government/private organization.
- Guardian income certificate issued by EDO revenue of the concerned district in case, Father/Guardian is a non-salary person i.e., Businessman/ landlord (income certificate not older than 03 month).
- Father/ Guardian Bank statement- recent.
- Copies of utilities bills i.e., Electricity, Sui gas, Telephone and Water (Last 03 month).
- Proof of joint family if applicable.
- Proof of sibling studying (Fees slip).
- Proof of kitchen expenditures of the family.
- Proof of medical expenditures.
- House agreement if applicable.
- Other sources of income proof if mentioned in online form.
Note:
- If the student submits incomplete documents, they will not be awarded the scholarship.
- If a student provides incorrect information, they will not be eligible for any scholarship.
Students are advised to keep checking emails and website for information.
